Education and training
In a complex, highly innovative and competitive environment such as that of aerospace, the value of human capital is essential for business, so the proper training and education of industry professionals to acquire a competitive advantage is a priority. Issues such as the regulation of non-university training, the expertise of professionals or building the relationship between businesses and universities and technology centers are basic to the future of the sector.
On this basis and bearing in mind the various stakeholders involved, the Education Working Group has been established the with the ultimate goal of establishing a plan of action that is continuously updated and that reflects the training needs of the aerospace industry.
Given the strategic nature of this activity, in the development of the Working Group its interaction with European Space has been scheduled through the EACP
