MISSION
• Contributing to the promotion of the Community of Madrid as an international centre of excellence within the aerospace market and ensuring its members are at the forefront of innovation, stimulating and providing support to knowledge exchange and collaboration.
• Promoting early demand projects with the aim of being a European leader and making the region a trend-setter for the aerospace sector.
• Providing access to a single geographic concentration of knowledge and experience on an international level, uniting all players in the value chain.
AIMS
• Increasing awareness of the importance of the aerospace sector and promoting the identification of early demand projects.
• Promoting a forum and a single voice to set out common interests for businesses forming part of the cluster, providing support for the creation of business and growth and improving business competitiveness in national and international markets, and promoting the visibility of members in the international marketplace.
• Implementing collaborative initiatives making the Community of Madrid the leading region in research, development and production. Specifically, contributing to the production and development of the Aerospace Sector Strategic Plan for the Community of Madrid.
• Creating synergies with other players and networks that provide access to talented employees, venture capital and top-flight infrastructures
• Contributing to R&D development for solutions throughout the entire spectrum of sector-related fields.
• Developing, attracting and retaining highly-qualified professionals with the support of educational and research institutions allowing the provision of opportunities for professional growth and knowledge of best practices via the expansion of specific education and training programmes, research and development and technology transfer.
