- The creation of a permanent forum for promoting sector business activities in the Community of Madrid.
- The development of training programmes for business management.
- The promotion of entrepreneurial vocation and management skills.
- The setting up of the cooperative services network for the production of corporate, training and R&D&i activities.
- The promotion of yearly meetings for sector reviews, trends, challenges and solutions.
- The improvement of the region’s image in the sector.
- Project production. As per the needs set out in the Work Groups. Furthermore, activities will be carried out in the international arena, developing, where appropriate, the agreements signed by the Community of Madrid/the Department of Economy and Finance with other regions of excellence in the sector: Bavaria, Midi-Pyrenees, NEREUS, ERA-Star, Clunet, Ecare+, EACP…
CHANNELLING THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Innovation. The promotion of R&D&i mechanisms in the Community of Madrid.
- Technological Antenna. In close collaboration with madrimasd, specifically with the IMDEA de materiales and the Círculo de Innovación CIMTAN, and with the Unit of International Innovation of the Community of Madrid Parks and Clusters Network, techno-economic Monitoring activities, research and selection of innovation and aid programmes.
- Finance, in coordination, and in function of the activities, with Promomadrid, Agencia Financiera de la Comunidad de Madrid, y Avalmadrid, attracting international demand; research of market objectives and support for international promotion; development of financial formulas tailored to aerospace sector requirements; subsidy and aid management; financial support for certain investment operations; direct operation finance management; specialised training service coordination; availability of necessary guarantees and references for access to business finance.
- Infrastructures. In collaboration with Tecnogetafe, improving the availability and access to infrastructures and services.
- Project production. In collaboration with International Innovation Unit (UII), identifying national and international regulations; association with other bodies for sector improvement projects.
