Acquisition procedure
The processes for locating businesses at TecnoAlcalá cover different stages:
1. Preliminary Company Information
Businesses wishing to set up in the Park must contact the Science and Technology Park at the University of Alcalá, setting out:
- Business activity (being able to refer to its webpage)
- Requirements (or necessary space)
2. Formal Application
After analysing the documentation provided by the Business, the Technology Park will send out the acquisition terms. After this, where the company is interested it must make a formal application with a plot reservation.

3. Appropriateness Assessment
The Park will assess the technology level of the business operations via an appropriateness assessment which will take into account:
- Applied technology
- Economic organisation and human resources
- Development activity: applied technology, R&D methods, collaboration with the University
4. Approval
Business approved by the Park
