Type of target companies in the park
In Phase 1, on a usable area of 281,976 m2 (22.5% of the park) 53 companies have already settled, or are under construction, or are at the project stage (in the Business Science area: 18; in the Technological Industrial zone: 31; in the Tertiary Business area: 4):. These companies are well known leaders in their sector or are otherwise relevant, with a proven ability to innovate and create value.
These companies may be representative of the type of companies that will be arrive in Phases 2 and 3 of the Park.
In the University Science area of Carlos III University there is now a building with an area of 3761 m2, where departments have moved whose activities will serve as a link and exchange between companies and research groups from the University. There is also a plan to base here IMDEA-NETWORKS: the Madrid Institute of Advanced Studies, in area of 7716 m2.
