The platform was created from an initiative by the Madrid Network, the Henares Business Association (AEDHE), the Municipality of Alcala de Henares, Alcala University, Escuela de Negocios (EOI), the Madrid Association of Corporate Globalization, Internationalization, Localization and Translation (AMEGILT), together with the Audiovisual Cluster and the Madrid Network Tourism Cluster, Alcalingua, and Alcala Desarrollo.
